We’ll email you a return label, and once we receive the returned items in our warehouse, we’ll send you the correct ones. Please note that any returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you believe your situation is an exception to our policy, call us directly—our customer service team is available Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm Eastern, and Friday from 10 am to 3 pm Eastern. Returns cannot be approved or processed through email. If you received the correct order but decide to return part or all of it, contact us by phone within five business days; these returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
