Minimum Order Quantity

• The minimum quantity for customized socks is 100 pairs per design.

• Lower quantities may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but standard pricing and fees may apply.

Design & Approval Process

• Clients must provide artwork or brand guidelines. Our design team can assist in creating mockups.

• Up to 2 free revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

• Final production begins only after written approval of the design mockup.

Lead Time

• Custom orders typically require 3 to 5 weeks for production after final design approval.

• Rush production may be available for an additional charge, subject to capacity.

Pricing & Payment

• Custom pricing depends on:

  • Quantity ordered

  • Sock style and material

  • Design complexity

  • Packaging or branding requirements

• A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment.

• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.

Shipping

• Standard and express shipping options are available worldwide.

• Shipping cost and delivery estimates will be provided at the time of quotation.

• Vinco Socks is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

Returns & Cancellations

• Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final.

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

• If your order is defective or there is a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution.

Intellectual Property

• By submitting logos or artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.

• Vinco Socks reserves the right to refuse any design that contains offensive, copyrighted, or unauthorized material.
